I like it, but in all honesty I don't think it is right for Shaiya due to the fact that nothing in the game matches it xD
If you make other things to match it then sure.
Yet just as an interface I don't really like it due to it being so out of place D:

I believe it should have more of a fantasy look to it instead of a basic texture.
Look at the game and see how it looks then base your interface based off the look of the game.
Or make your interface then retexture the game to match it lol.
I personally like everything to blend. To have a certain flow to it.
If something is out of place it throws everything off in my opinion >.> like a purple armor set or some crap.
Side note: 666 posts o.o....

Before you begin your work, just be sure of which episode you want to modding. As an example, the ep3 interfaces only work with a ep3 game.exe! ep4 interfaces only work with a game.exe ep4!
and so on. So you seeking an episode where you know it is already a functioning game.exe (ep 5.1 is the highest) and then edit these files.
Radioactive is nice, but has nothing to do with shaiya! So take pastel tones shining lights effects then make your modding
