EA showed us their latest Need For Speed game from Criterion Games last night. Need For Speed: Most Wanted is due for release on October 30th of this year, and is an open world driving game more akin to Grand Theft Auto than a typical racing game, in premise.
The object of the game is to become the most wanted of those around you. Everything you do can be compared and contrasted with that of your friends to determine who is the most wanted, making an entirely competitive game. The game seems mostly open-world, though gameplay modes etc. are yet to be confirmed.
