Why do you want to be Moderator?

I would like to be Moderator because i like to help people and i would be a very good asset to the team here, I will treat everyone fair and help all that need to be help and release stuff to for people.



Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?


I am on the forums everyday reading post replaying helping people or releasing stuff for people . I am on All day.


Did you took part there before you sent your application?


Yes i did everyone knows who i am and i am very helpful to everyone that needs help and if i cant help them i can always find the answer by asking some friends on msn , like cyberghsoer1,Johns22,Spy520,DeadPool ,and many many more i can ask .



Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think that they are very stupid?

Yes because i was once new to this and i had alot of ?s so i know how it feels to be a new person to the Eo privet servers .



Can you act good in general with other human beings?

Yes i can i am a friendly person i talk to everyone

Nope

Does Anyone on Epvp hate you?
Well No because i do not flame on people i am very quite and i usually keep very quite unless you make me very very angry which is very rare, but if i am mod i will never get angry sense it is my job and i have to keep calm.

How much release can u release per week?
Well it really depends on what i have, like lets see one week i released 2 guides and 1 database release. So i can release a lot.

If you became a Mod will u be active and use the rules/?
Yep sure I am already Active on epvp so if i become mod i will treat everyone the same , and follow the rules myself .

If you said that i fail cuz iam new to epvp?
My answer would no you do not fail, You just need some guidance and help from me or other people. You will get to know whatever it is in no time after i help teach you or Someone else teaches you

my name is jonhs22 :P second you have my support for being mod. unfotunately i dont have the time to be mod because of my job. but i will try to help in that forum more. i am from other forums including greek forums, but i have to say that here the admin really helps and listen the members of his forum and i am glad for that even if i was only watcher here and no active member as i done in other forums.

Ok DeathNoteEO,
a few words to your application. I´ll structure my text so that it´s easier to read.

1) Infractions
As I can see you recieved an infraction (no matter why or who gave it to you). And as you can see in the sticky-section of this section it has practically no use to apply while having a running infraction. An infraction on an applicant does not inspire confidence, you have to admit that.

2) The application itself
You answered all of the questions with 1 or 2 sentences wich is very thin. It is possible to provide some more information about yourself since that would help the administration to get an idea of your personality.Also you use a bit too much of colloquial language. I´ll get into details later.

3) Activity and other statistics
As I already mentioned your infraction already makes you look bad. Additional to that it is not only your joindate (your answer to the last question there is not an excuse or sufficient explanation) but also your postcount. A moderator should inspire confidence and look competent so that both, new and old members, can trust you. Your thankscount is only good in relation to your postcount but still nothing special since (and yes I always say that) the thankscount does not really tell anything about you being helpful and competent.

4) Other circumstances
Well you may do not know but almost the whole Mod-Staff noticed your impudent behaviour and the childish quarrel with our Moderator XRusty (I dont want to start that discussion here again!!). However with that you almost got banned and in my opinion it is even more impudent to apply for a moderators position so short after that episode. That fact makes you even look worse.

Conclusion
I guess while reading this you should know what the conclusion is by now. I would disagree with the decision to appoint you due to all the reasons I mentioned above.

Now this is quite a canundrum...excuse my spelling of it lol...now i may not visit this site often but i know death note as a good friend of mine..now dont get me wrong he douse have his ...well...molments lol but then again who dousnt..as for that infraction...that really is childish keeping him from applying just becuase of something he did by accident...i probly would have done the same thing...quite pathetic of the admins...now then i do admit that death not..your lines describeing yourself are quite too short thus makeing you less trust worthy for the admins...my advise to you my friend is to let this argument go with what ever admin your fighting with...and my advise to you admins...don't pick fights with people and argueing with people that only makes you not worthy of your admin status...everyone here needs to grow up alittle bit more and learn from there mistakes...me included...im still growing, learning, and trying to be more active towards others...just not on this forum lol...so just take care guys and girls ^.^

P.S. after the fight is resolved between DeathNote and the admin and takes a little more time to think about what it takes to be an admin...DeathNote has my vote ^^

Now for my 2 cents

1. XRusty should not even have a say in this since he was involved in the whole war that was going on.

2. The WARNING not infraction shouldn't count due to it was given out by an unprofessional and biased Mod who "Supposedly" was removed but that is a whole other subject.

3. DeathNoteEO had every right to get ticked off since NO ONE was doing anything about the unprofessional and biased Mod whom was complained about by many members, too many to even count.

4. Seeing how DeathNoteEO keeps getting members backing him up as a Mod shows you what kind of person people think he is, shows his character more so than written words. Sorry some people are not just that good with words. So why hold it against them unless it's due to racism against those who are not articulate when it comes to language.

5. Now with all that said and done, I give my 110% support to DeathNoteEO for Mod on the EO hosting Forums. He knows about the game, he helps, people like him and it's more than I can say for the last Mod.
