what Private servers have big expe rate? like newlongju! at lvl 1 kill 3 wild dog and make lvl 10! please help:P

In newlongju is exp Rathe to lvl 30 well from LVL 30 but it goes down to 5imt2 it always remains the same and you always get a lot of exp
