how uri sellers in epvp do that?

how can they give uri with the uid?

They use the admin control panel.

and how do they get access to use it?

Off a friend? They know an admin? Hacked it? We don't really know :3 Unless they tell us ;D But that's what I think.

hacked admin panel with no logs (I think) :P
