Help me please Dekaron-extreme problems

I have downloaded the dekaron-extreme and when i open the patch and press start:Cannot find 'binkw32.dll'.Please re-install this application :confused:
And when i re-isntalled.... the same happens somowone helpp!!:rtfm:

try to find the file at google search and download it ok...
