Not sure why you'd bother posting this on epvp seeing as we don't allow the exe's for binaries to be posted... As a result we have very few people who use them (thankfully).

This seems like a rather useless program but that's just my opinion.

I'm agree with pro4never , epvp don't allow binaries so nobody will use that here..

The binary server files are hacked warez which were stolen tq. These are quite illegal and if TQ decides to push the issue, you could face massive fines and possible jail time.

As such the files are not allowed on epvp and as a result those members who wish to use them tend to go to 'other' forums.

They are craptastic anyways. If you're serious about running a private server, you should be writing your own source anyways.

[Disclaimer] yes l2h is a huge exception but even they are writing a custom source. They actually have a clue what they are doing and as such can make bins do some awesome things. Doesn't mean bins are 'good', just makes korv/team talented and willing to put in some effort/common sense.

What's so hard about changing the port in the configuration file?
Isn't that all you have to do?

nope GameServer-port and NPCServer-port are hard coded in the exe

oO really its illegal i think when the binary refused here it was the binary it self not the related tools or anything for it , thats what some mods said before , and yeah why the Ultimate Binary Nuker is legal oO
