Hello Guys just want to know How can I change the etheral value of an item please

Item Effect Resource for the stats, itemresource for the dura itself...

srsly, look through the db for such dumb questions...

Sorry my question wasn't the good one, just want to know how to fix the ethereal value of the master classe gear because when players equip this one it adds less that what we can see on the description of the gear.

please help me if you can :)
