can someone help me please set up VMware im having issues if you can be generous and nice and can help me please add me on skype or msn :)

under the Local Area connection in vmware it sais Network Cable unplugged

Do you have VMWare tools installed?
What VMWare version are you using

8.0 and yes i have VMWare tools isntalled can you add me on skype and help

Can't add you atm.
Try getting 8.0.2 and see if that will change anything, if I remember correctly I had 8 and had some problems and updated to .2 and didnt ahve any.
