ok this is the new patch download to desktop and extract there. Instruction on how to install are in the Patch just read the READ ME file. thanks

just download this new ini folder and replace it with the one in your client
---> Ini folder

put Oem in the folder Ini which is located in your client.
Double check make sure oem looks like this: MAKE SURE YOU SAVE AS OEM.DAT NOT OEM.INI
