Is there any tool that buy uri ammo when there`s not MHH?

i want to ask if there`s any other tool that u can buy ammo like rsb when they`re not in the shop?

No, not anymore, there was a glitch where u was able to change the source code and buy rsb hellstorm emp boosters etc but its fixed now :)
