Wings..

some servers have a non flying wings..

how can i make a item like this.?

Either Mod your source to use them as Mask,
or buy it from some1.

Convert Wings with 3D Editor to Cloaks and use them as Cloaks.

Though 2nd will be static and the wings will not move/ behave correctly.
