Eu Server Problem. Please Help me !!!

İ cant play Eu server but US server is fine. i log in game and i look my ping '0000' and i cant jump,trade,talkview other player etc... i can look talk of other player but i get Dc 2 min later.
But i can play all US server but i cant play Royalty_EU,Kanasai_EU Elements(EU)...
i reinstall CO and Reformat my pc but its same
whats my issue ???

Could be that your ISP doesn't allow access to the IP range of the EU servers (or infact the country itself.) I've seen this problem with a few public library computers where I live.

The probable reason for your problem indeed is in your connection. Try another server which is not too far from you like the EU Server besides you're not from US i guess?
