I don't actually know how it happened, he added me on facebook, called me by my darkorbit name and said i know your password, i changed all my passwords, and he managed to get into my hotmail account, and even changed the password to that.

And the fuck tards also known as bigpoint, won't do fuck all about it.

so just thought i'd warn you guys

there is only an answer for that :
keylogger.
it's easy to get one, do you know that a keylogger can be put in a picture?
and after you've downloaded it and just opened, it saves the keylogger and then all the information you type by keyboard is sent to an adress...
unfortunately there are a lot of hackers around who easily enter in others computers...

sry but its your own fault. maybe you donwloaded a ibot " crack" and that is what happends to you now.he stole your account information or why should he know your facebook name?
i think you should make on all accounts a new password and clean your pc from virus!
05/31/2012 20:07 Akunji#7
Yeah, I know what a keylogger is, and I've not downloaded any ibot cracks. I have no need for a crack,
Nor have I downloaded anything else. Im nit your average kid who has no idea about security, and this post was just a warning post

Already tried it, they won't do anything. Thanks anyway

Sure they have to give you the account , if you can prove that this is your account, maybe with paysafecodes which you used on the account or bank transfer datas. Then you could get your acc back.

Unfortunately, nope :(

Apparently due to the "new" email verification system, the only way i can have my account returned is via the email account the now registered to.

meaning cause the wanker that stole my account changed it over to his account. there's "nothing" they can do, with payment receipts or not.

below is their reply!!

Bigpoint cannot be held responsible for the loss of any data. As agreed by you when you accepted the Terms and Conditions, you indemnify and hold harmless Bigpoint for any data loss caused by a third party.

All necessary precautions, i.e. Email Verification, are in place on our side to maintain account security. Information was not changed by us, but rather through the email address registered to the account. We cannot be held responsible for the loss in this case.

However, should this have resulted in unauthorized access and monitary loss / damage to your account, you should make a complaint to the police. Only then can the person who caused this be found and brought to justice.

Sincerely,

David
