GTA_SA SAMP Starting Problem!!

Hello, i have a problem when im starting GTA_SA or Samp.
It Tells me :
GTA: San Andreas
Cannot find 800x600x32 video mode.

Its the first time i want start it from this PC but i cant/ Version US 1.00!
I reinstall it, i dont have cd im download it. but nothing work.
In the Gta User Files i delete all and still not working.
I search in google some hours but all things i do is not work.

I think your Graphic Card, is too low..

Bei dem error musst du eig. nur deine gta user file löschen was du ja schon getan hast.
Stell einfach mal deine bildschirm auflösung hoch

But it must be start or not when the problem is only from the graphic card?
I think it will be start low but must be opened

Habe ich ja schon, und die Bildschirmauflösung kann ich nicht ändern, da ich einen Mini Notebook habe. Kann es nur daran legen, dass ich einen kleinen Bildschirm habe?=

Ich vermute es wenn dein notebook nur die auflösung 800x600 hat
