Could anyone make somekinda guide how to get working ibot on x-sro?

Cause im doing guides here on forum related to iBot but still no luck >_<

If X-SRO is a vsro based server, you will have no luck. You can only run ibot, if it is a sro-r based server. For vsro pservers there's mbot.
