WTF is this Ecsro?Lancher sux

i just dowload it a few hours ago and i cant play it it keep appear this crap look at the picture

its has the start button but when i press it it pop up those crap i really wanted to play badly
Give me some ideals guys

1. I dont see the picture
2. Choose one server and click on his name.I sugest you go to Fembria coz on Ecsro registration are closed.

If you get this error you will need to reinstall.
