Ecsro/sro problem

hi there guys.
so here is the problem, ive been away from sro for a bit , and now im back, ive downloaded the client from the ECSRO site, and the latest media.pk2, installed it and when i click the laucher the start button doesnt appear, how can i solve this?
it happens the same with the Isro :S

uninstall both of them entirely from your computer, then re-install should work. If start button still dont appear keep launching the client a few times, sometimes it wont appear

well i did that...
but it still doesnt appear the start button! :O
