How to add 7.4 items ???

Hey guys,

How can i add the wings 7.4 in the DB ?? (i have the ID's ...3630312, 3630324, 3630325, 3630326) but i can't use them , and i can't use 'Panda' (loot pet) too

And how i can add items to NPC's ?? and how can i create new NPC's ?? :o
And how can i add 100m when some one create a character for the first time ?
