KDBot Problem.

Hello.
I was trying to use KDBOT
I had a problem as you see.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Its was runtime error but, i tried to fix it I've done everything but, this step as you see the error.
I cannot fix it.

Hope someone tell me how to fix it.

Insert a CD :D

its seems you need a windows cd to copy languages files
