It sais, that the Server isn't able to connect to the DB.
1.) Is the SQL Server installed?
2.) Are the Arcadia, Auth, Telecaster DBs in place?
3.) Are the login details correct?
4.) Are the ports correct?
5.) Are the .opts correct? Have you compressed them with rappelzcompress?
6.) IF you HAVE a DB password: Have you insert it to the opt as DES hash?
The first and most simple configuration is mentioned in the guide. Just do everything like its written in the guide.
