I entered all those into my navicat and the npc popped up. Its just now he only turns and looks at you. He wont let you vote. Anyone know whats wrong ?

Isnt there supposed to be a link in the oems? im not sure if im confusing it with an exit link though...

Im not sure. I was just told to do this. But like it doesnt have the little bubble like your hovering over and npc. It stays the pointing finger.

you prob have something wrong in cq_npc. considering you addded the cq_task

Well i tried the one that you had posted to no 1 and it still didnt work

Not always does the cursor need to change , if he turns and looks at you then somethings wrong with the cq_action
