Go to your Conquer folder, find Conquer.exe, right click it and create a shortcut.

Right click the shortcut and choose "Properties". Find the place where it says "Target" and add "-blacknull" (without the ") at the end of it. Should look something like this
Code:
"C:\Program Files\Conquer2.0\Conquer.exe" -blacknull
Now, launch your CO using the shortcut.

go to friend's house or something
copy the whole CO folder with latest patch to USB or burn it to CD
go back home, copy all the files back to harddrive or simply just run from USB/CD
(not sure about CD, but tried it with USB before, thats how i play on school library computers as they dont allow me to install programs)

Unfortunately without having the admin password you most likely won't have access to the CO directory.. as in write perms. You'll need to either use Evans option, reinstall vista, or buy a password reset tool (around 40USD, or free if you know how to use linux, google it :) ) In all honesty, if all you want to do is play the updated CO, I would use Evans trick, however you WILL eventually need admin rights one day...

Keep in mind, if you can't apply the updates due to lack of rights, you won't be able to copy/paste into the CO directory, you'll have to make a folder on your desktop or somewhere where you have read/write rights.

Go to another place, that has an up-to-date conquer patch. Copy that from their computer, put it in your USB/ FlashDrive or CD, then take it home, and open it either from the actual flashdrives folder (usually like.. E:\Conquer 2.0\) and then conquer should work.

Note - If conquer tries to autopatch still, create a shortcut to conquer.exe, add the -blacknull parameter to it (look on page one for a guide on exactly how to do it), and also do this to TQAT.exe (in Conquer 2.0\zftqat\).

Should work.
