Permission manually change the time mixer.

Added settings saving mixer to a file (!), Now will not have to reconfigure it each time. P> S. If you change the time of the mix, you must first click on "change the mix," and then save the file.

Fixed minor bugs.

+Введено ручное изменение время миксера.(!)
+Добавлено сохранение настроек миксера в файл(!), теперь не надо будет каждый раз его перенастраивать. P>S. Если вы изменили время микса, сначала нужно нажать кнопку "изменить время микса" и только потом сохранить в файл.
+добавлен режим "поверх всех окон" и прозрачность для удобства(спасибо =ßćÉґΔά ŹάÞяЖέĦ=).
+устранены мелкие недочеты.
Если вдруг что то напутали со временем-не беда, удаляете файл settingz.ini в папке с миксом и настройки поставятся по умолчанию.
Проверяем, отписываемся. Сейчас начнутся экзамены, так что до конца июня проектом заниматься не смогу. Вся надежда на Женю.

translating buttons:
1. Поверх всех окон - on top
2. Изменить время микса - change the mix
3. Сохранить настройки в файл - save settings to file.
4. Свернуть в трей - hide.
5. старт - start
