[HELP] website , skills

hi guyz i have 2 problems in my server that i cant make a reg page cuz apache aint workin idk why
2 - some ppl with high star pets cant learn them skills its maybe on diana, adam
i would really appreciate helping
[NOTE] who can help me making website and fix my Apache using team viewer or anything or even give me helpful steps will have a [PM] spot
