Visual studio 2005 Or 2008 depends....

-Add code.
-Confirm there are no issues with code.
-Press Build Tab.
-Build Solution.

that's if u got the visual studio
else get a c# compiler
and if ur using windows xp u can use cmd > ("csc filename")
