Hello ! So let`s go .

1.Go to IIS and click on Your-PC and Start .
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

2.Go to Sites and click on Default Web Site . On the left Click on Start .
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

3.Then click on Browse *:80 (http)
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

4.U will see this :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Click on test.asp

5.[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
When u see this , billing server work!
