Itemtype for patch 5078

I did up the new itemtype if anyone is interested. Shows quality of weapons/gems/fans/towers on the ground. Command tokens are identified for your convenience.

*make a backup of your originals, just in case!*

I was going to post a StrRes.ini as well, but maybe people who want to do that can just do it themselves a lot easier:

Go to program files/Conquer 2.0/ini

Double-click on StrRes.ini to open it

Delete everything after the " = " on the following lines:
10077=Refined
10078=Unique
10079=Elite
10080=Super

and then be sure to go file--->save
and you're done.
