Proxy Whispers/chats - Log On

Hello everyone.

I have some questions and doubts, i would really apreciate if someone could explain me:

Its possible other people read the whispers/talk of other people conversation even if its not in team or near the chars? for ex. im sending a whisper to a friend, can someone using some kind of program read what im writing on whisper?

And its possible people know when i log on, even they arent in my friends list?

How it works and its possible to not allowed it?

No you can't read other peoples whispers and they can know when you log on if you are on their enemy list or if you are their student or mentor aswell.
