That problem is usually caused by wrong time on your pc.

First, check your bios and see if the time and date are correct.

Then, in windows 7, check the clock and regional settings. then on the lower right of the taskbar, click the clock and date, select "change date and time" settings, then click internet time, then change settings, then update now.
