cool down protection..

anyone knows how to get around cool down protection? if not, i will just quit kalonline haha :) not going to spend every second grinding for few experience points

I did quit before for more than 4 years :(
This is just sad . . . very sad story ........... whyyyyy??? I just wanna try 3rd job and wear g70 or at least fully equipped with g65!! so this is probably my fate :(
