Need help in excel/mssql

Hey guys so I try to import Characterdata.txt and ItemData.txt to the right tables but for some reason my excel makes weird values and notepad show them correct :S like datetime or this

And the points need to be replaced with commas with find and replace it don't work :(

Edit: Finished it with Open Office Calc :)

have you tried to make Text to columns and use "," as separator, then copy and paste(mssql and notepad get different columns as [TAB])
