Buff Question?

Trying to figure out what would cause a hunter/archer ele buff to stay after death? Somehow the ele buff glitches because after death the buff is still there and if another ele buff is used there is 2 buffs on the screen. Can anyone throw a couple of suggestions my way?;)

Edit at dbo.Skill FixRange to 2 remains after death
Edit at dbo.Skill FixRange to 0 disappears after death

Fixrange is set to 0 any other ideas?

To stay after death change FixRange to 2

I dont want it to stay after death and it is set to 0 on both client and server side!!
