Error on login some1 can help!

Hello all i got this error when i try to log in...some1 know hot to fix it?

The quality of the picture is not realy good, but I guess you try to spawn in a not activated area you can set them in shard db (_RefRegionBindAssocServer)

i have all regoin open!...and still the same

uhm maybe your db language is not english?Could be a solution aswell

btw did you restarted gameserver.exe after db changes?

problem fixed :) now i got dc every 5sec when i'm in game!
