I can see that the password is wrong.

1st Mr.Sayed Source Isnt patch 5572 Ever ..it still 5527 but with edited patch

2nd your Mysql Data is invalid. Make sure you use the corrct configuration for Mysql Username & Password.

First this source is waste of Time.
Second
open the project
then open database then kill connection
and edit the data of mysql.
