[Question] Before i start...

hi ,i want to make a game ,which'll be familiar to Dark Orbit ,but i'm wondering of bugpoints copyright's...

I want to add into my game as a ship goliath ,vengeance ,leonov ,phoenix and big boy (maybe i add rest of ships except of new ones) ,then some NPC's and DO maps background. I want to use old renders of these ,not the new ones. + I want make my game online.

I don't know if it's illegal if i use old DO renders in my game and make it all online.
May i first ask BP ,if i could use those old renders?

The creators of games Orbit Legacy and Black Galaxy are also using DO renders and i'm still wondering if it's legal...

you cant use their images.. dont know if they have copyright.. you will find out in court if will be..

There are many other who want to do the same, or did the same. Ask them producer of orbit legacy, sunbattle, blach space or so. Maybe they know about the copyrights

Read terms and services they have whats copyright and whats not, and if you do go to court you show a printed version of T.A.S which is the only thing you agreed to, to play darkorbit. Anything else will not be valid if you show T.A.S and the box that you have to check that says you except the T.A.S and only the T.A.S
