Shard_User limit 10 connections only ? How to fix ?

Hi,

I have a problem with SR_Shard, when server have more 10 connections, SMC alert but server still running. Please view ss bellow:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Hope someon help me fix it !
