Sorry for wasting your time but I'm really in need of your help atm.
I live in USA, and I want to host a Pserver on Ecsro files, my questions are the following:
1. I'm hosting the server on my own 2 server computers that I have in my household, so the IP will be in the US, and since the server files are not mine, can I get sued for them even if I keep joymax's copyrights on them?
2. I'm planning on doing the server with no donations or paying money for anything, just a simple server for fun with no paying for items or silk etc..., can I still get sued even if it's free?
I searched the forum, I found some answers but not the ones that I'm looking for, I hope I will get some answers in here, thank you.
NOTE: Forgive me if there is already a thread about the questions I have, but like I said before, I searched the forum and I did find some answers about the copyrights, but not the exact ones I'm looking for.
