Grey WW skin bug?

I signed up for RAF 2 and used the Redeemer to get my grey WW skin at 50 lvl 5 (but don't have the actual champ).

I know once I hit 100 lvl 5 I get the pack which gives WW champ so I never bought the champ. I then went on to get the pack but I don't have the Grey WW skin anymore...

Anyone experiencing this problem?

If you obtain ww skin u also obtain ww hero. so cant understand what's the problem

I don't get the champion with the skin.

Now at 100 lvl5s I get the digital collectors pack, it includes the WW champ. But now I have the champ but the skin has disappeared...

just wait at least 12 hours after pressed redeem button. then log in & u'll see ww in your champs.

Appreciate the help but read my post and digest it please. I already had the skin for a while, the problem is now that I just redeemed the collector's pack , the skin is now gone.

grey ww used to be in between the normal ww and big bad ww.

now i just got collectors pack, and grey ww is gone.

Try to contact the support with your concern if you didn't use bots for your refs.

you have to wait up to 12-24h.otherwise submit a ticket.

Yeah it should stay with the account even after redeeming the bundle. Contact support if you can afford to. (Would contact support at your own risk if referrals were not obtained legitimately.)

Dont write a Ticket for Support ... if u use BOTS ...
If have 100Ref. and write a ticket, they will ban u for using bot ur they delet all other redeems.
Just wait and maybe u get it in 1-2 days
