[Help] want to open ports with true way !

i want to know how to open ports with the right way
my router model is TP-Link TD-W8901G
i opened the ports and added the public ip into cert.ini and server.cfg in server settings
also i patched the server files with sr patcher with my public ip adress
but im still cant open the game without hamachi
please need help !

i have same router you not need to unlock ports. just type 1nd ip 192.168.1.100 and 2nd ip your ip.
