It's been awhile since I've actually had to install a server or had an issue lol.
I always got it first try after this step below. Sometimes session or whatever wouldn't stay active.
What helped me(not sure if it'll work for you) is to uninstall all the services within the tool and reinstall them.
Which is under Server Setup > Service Uninstall All. Then just reinstall them.
Like I said not sure if that'll work though.
