You will need a Proxy that has a Philippine server
To download and PLAY the game,..

Cause the PH server has Region block.

If you still insist about the Client

I Suggest you try North American server,
Cause it has no Region Blocked

Maybe the Email has been delayed,

The Distance between the Game Server and your Email Server is too far,
sometimes it happens on Hotmail and Yahoomail depends on the Region you registered with.

But if the Email hasn't been received yet within 24 hours, i guess you need to contact the Game server's Costumer Support, sometimes they ask for your information like name, Home address, etc.

Er..did u check your spam box??

My E-mail doesn't have a Spam Box, because it was a E-mail from Web.de Email creator.. :D Spam E-mail like this.
