read install guide, u need enable ports.. u have mssl server stared, but not with correct configuration.. read FULL instalation guide..

Make sure mysql is turned on...

and go into php.ini and delete ";" < that from "extension=php_mssql.dll" and "extension=php_pdo_mssql.dll"
