does this still work? is here any way to switch from EUNE to EUW without reaching lvl 30?

You can buy a server transfer in the shop under the tab others. If you created your account before the split happend you got one switch for free.

However I encountered that I had as many switches as I wanted, I mean if you wanna go to the other server and you we're actually there when the split happened you got one free switch for sure. But as I said I could switch as many times as I wanted after this switch. That's quite a while back though! Around 4 weeks if I got myself right. However if you we're not there while the split has happened or you created an account after that split you got no ability, to switch to the other server without paying riot a few couple $/€ w/e!

i somewhere heard you have free transfer at level 30
