Cabal Rider doesnt work :/

Hey guys, my cabal Rider does Not work. When i start THe Programm i can login but if i try to Login there is THe Message Bad Account id or password... I have payed for 30 days cabal de. I am have try it on Windows 7 64 and 32 Bit. Can u help me please sry for THe bad english. (it is ok if u answere in german). Thank u (:
