Client problem EP4.5

Hi there,
I got this problem with my client.

The server is running, but I get an error "checking server. please check notice board"

All working

The IP i configured (of my Virtual Private Server)
Maybe this is the problem.. i don't think the 0 at the end should be there.
But my friend told me that every gap should be a 0.
I tried making it a . but that didn't work either.

Hey,

Try it without "GameWar".(Deinstallation)

Donīt forget to do after starting the server: Right-Click at Login01-> Commands and write: " /vchkoff " and Right-Click at Game-> Commands and write: " /nprotectoff "

None of that worked, at first i didn't do those commands, but when i did them, i still couldn't connect.

i've uninstalled Gamewar, but it doesn't work either.

I hope someone has another idea.

(Is the IP correct?) The IP is: 176.31.142.107 , how should i put it in game.exe?
I put it in as 176.31.142.1070 to fill in the gap, tried it with . aswell but it didnt work.

How to put it in?

You make the IP look like this

176.31.142.107..60.199.180.40...

You don't have the 0 at the end, after 7. Select the 0 with left click, highlight it, then right click. Click "Fill selection". Then click "OK".

DO NOT just type . cuz it's not the same thing.

I indeed just placed it there and i didn't fill it in.

so next i'm gonna try if i can play now

Okay people, i found another problem and i don't know how to fix it.

I managed to get in the game,
but when i attack a monster i disconnect.

Maybe its my version..

I have a ep4.5 server and 4.5 client,
but this is my VERSION

[Version]
CheckVersion=3
CurrentVersion=186
StartUpdate=UPDATE_END

I think this is almost the newest and i guess it should be lower?
What number should this be?

Or if this can't be the problem, what is the problem!

I have at 4.5 client:

How can i change my version? (if i change it in version.ini, it starts updating)
Well, i don't know if this is the problem,
but i can't attack any mob, cuz i disconnect then.

Did you change your updater atall? the "version" just looks at what version your game is to see if it needs to upgrade to a new patch (your version 186 would look for patch 187 on the updater website)

Make sure you typed /vchkoff
and /nprotect off
before you try get in game. You need to do that EVERY time you restart the services, that is the usual cause of mob disconnection. Try that, and if it still doesnt work, post your logs.

Shaiya Server > SERVER > PSM_Client > Bin > Log

Hi,
i haven't changed my updater at all,
am i supposed to do that?
or will my game work without changing anything? (update 186)
i have used /nprotectoff and /vchkoff,
still doesn't work
when i click on a mob i just disconnect with the error:
Please try to reconnect to the server
ERROR

Another problem: When i come in the game, i spawn on some weird place in the map, with some mountains.
Then when i walk i get teleported to Beika (or whatever the begincity of lights is)

Could be that you said your on an ep4 server, but your database seems to be ep5 (your char Aqua is lv70)

The exp on the lv70 is higher than the DB can recognise, causing you the errors.

Even after deleting the toons and making them again with lvl 1,
everytime i click on a mob i just disconnect

it's not the EXP thing, cuz i can't even fight it.
Just when i click the mod i DC

so how to change my updater so i get lower version (108)?
cuz the ip's are configured correctly.
so i guess that the version is wrong.

FIXED* Please close thread.

I used Shaiya Patcher to patch my client.
It didn't work cuz my updated kept updating it to EP5
