Buy kbot, pbdo bot or download boxybot and adjust its timing. You shouldn't bot for more than 6 hours and you should stop the bot every ~30-40 mins for ~5mins to act more like a human.

use boxybot its free for ever (but not so good)
use ibot with an 6hours free license (over it you must pay i dont know how much)
use kbot its very good and safety (you must pay)
use pbdo bot
a video its a very good but not so easy bot ^^
