Cannot connect to server on a diff pc

hey guys, im having a little problem...

ive got my server up i can fully play with no problems but when i try to connect on a diff pc i login fine but i cannot connect to the server :s ~ Using hamachi at the mo... (yes it sux but i will change later)

ill appreciate it if any guidance can be given :)

EDIT: was my firewall settings fixed :)

he cant just use 192.168.xxx.xxx coz the IP he might be out of his network :p it's depending on his default gateway, if it's just a regular pc not in any bigger network then it's usually 255.255.255.0 which means he can use addresses from 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.255. notice how the 1 didnt change. that's why your answer wasnt really accurate, coz I highly doubt he's hosting the server in a large network. but that's just my 2 cents ;)
