For whoever can make this happen (Idea!)

You know how some servers suck because of their community and how the players bring the server down?

Why don't someone intellectual make a registration page that requires an application, some background information or something like that, so you only get registered when a administrator approves the application, sure it may get less players because of the time taken to approve all applications, but it would be a great server, unless the administrators them self suck.

I my self are a bit tired of servers where everyone who globals end up like "HHHHH FAK EL U NABS FAK SKAMERR EVRY1 GM DO NOTIN OMG FAK??"

Take it in to consideration.

Note: I have been through at least 9 servers now, and I haven't staid in one because of this.
Note2: No, not because people are like that, but because GM's are no better; seeing a server wide announcement with misspelling and grammar mistakes is a turn off for me.

Not letting egyptis and turks on the server? So how do you plan on getting money?

Your server would be a success if you could take control over this kind of people who usually harm the server environment.

Your English isn't better aswell . You have misspellings and grammar mistakes.

Anyway... my point is that you won't get enough players if you apply the idea you mentioned above.

Not going to argue here, but name one misspelled word? :)

Edit: May I mention, I didn't mean deny applications that have misspellings or grammar errors, but applications that show no effort whatsoever.

that is a pure stereotype, I know Turkish people that can fluently speak English.

Thanks for the criticism, as I stated, was just an idea, for someone who may of never thought of it before & wanted to apply it to good use.

That should be fine if the server actually has something that makes people desesperate to play on, else it wont be rentable and will die in less than a month.
