Help walker stuck

I use walker In Game (IG) Version 2.19
I've got some problem seriously with this walker

first, it won't to attack monster
it must be change in Policy -- short attack -- when target 100 near
change 100 into 10.000 right ?

but if i change it, my character will stuck if any rock or trees front of my character, I mean stuck is when rock or trees or something else in front my character, my character just not moving to find other way. and it will still there.

can any body help me...

anyone found a way to use 2.19c with wynn summoners?
not even with script it cant summon 2 of them
any suggestions(and not i will not put l2net again and hundrends of loopbacks adapters..)
